About the Event

This virtual walking tour around St James’s and Mayfair charts the history of menswear and tailoring over the past 200 years.

Using photos, Street View and Powerpoint, you will be able to experience the stories and places where the men who made menswear worked, lived and played

Join me to hear of how men’s clothing developed through the lives and careers of the men who commissioned, inspired and made it.

Discover the modern day shops which still offer classic clothes and accessories

John Lock, The Duke of Windsor, Tommy Nutter, Henry Poole, John Stephen, Montague Burton, Beau Brummell, and Rupert Lycett Green are just some of the familiar and sometimes not so familiar names who crop up.

Perfect for gentlemen and those with an interest in menswear and fashion

There will be a wee q&a session at the end.

Zoom login details will be sent on your booking confirmaition email.
